To strengthen our team in Koblach in Vorarlberg (Austria) we are looking for a

Production Team Lead (Human*) 
 

Your tasks:

• You support the Operations team with strategic resource planning and implement it together with your team.
• In doing so, you coordinate and plan the work of one of our production teams (approx. 12 team members).
• As part of your responsibility for the production processes, you will ensure safety, quality, adherence to deadlines and costs in your area in order to guarantee a smooth production process.
• If needed, you will support your team in production and also lend a hand yourself.
• As the coach of your team, you are the first point of contact for your team members and support them in their professional and personal development.

Requirements:

• You have completed an education in the field of mechanics, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• You already have several years of practical experience in the manufacture of devices or the assembly of modules and have preferably already led a production team.
• Designing and living process flows is fun for you and you enjoy taking on process responsibility. 
• As a practitioner and achiever, you have a talent for organization and a hands-on mentality.
• Ensuring the high quality of our products satisfies you.
• You are able to lead team members situationally and individually and you enjoy using your social skills accordingly so that your team can work together very well.
