In-house Technical Sales Support (Human*)
part-time job 80 - 100 %

Your tasks:

• You provide our international customers with advice on the practical application of our test systems. 
• Technical inquiries are handled by you in a competent and reliable manner.
• You are supporting the internal sales team in the preparation of repair and service quotations. Further on, you are coordinating service cases and repairs.
• By analyzing errors, providing advice and assistance with service requests, you are making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. 

Requirements:

• You have completed an education in the field of electrical engineering, power engineering or electronics.
• Your open-minded personality and high level of reliability make you a valuable point of contact for our customers.
• Communicating in written and spoken English is easy for you. 
• You are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
