Process Owner Work Preperation Technology (Human*)

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the technical work-preparation process and continuously improve it in collaboration with other team members.
• You coordinate and prioritize technical topics within Operations and actively support their transparent, sustainable, and reliable implementation.
• You establish clear structures, responsibilities, and priorities. You include the knowledge and experience of all team members and work with them to plan and implement effective solutions.
• You create, maintain, and ensure the quality of technical master data, bills of materials, work plans, and other relevant technical data and documents. You enter and maintain this information in our ERP system.
• You identify opportunities for improvement and actively drive the standardization, digitalization, and automation of technical processes.

Requirements:

• You have completed technical training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL) and have several years of practical experience in a production or
  industrial environment.
• You have experience working with technical master data, bills of materials, work plans, and technical documents.
• You have a good working knowledge of ERP systems and enjoy further developing their use and the related processes.
• You can structure and prioritize a variety of tasks effectively and maintain a clear overview, even when handling several tasks at the same time.
• You are a hands-on professional who enjoys bringing together people from different areas of the company to develop practical and viable solutions.
